No.1 We promise to use only real manual methods to level up your characters,24/7. After receiving your order, we will start to level up your character within 2 hours .We promise to complete your orders on time (usually ahead of time ) with high quality;

No.2 We will change your password to a temporary one when you handing over your account. This is to stenghthen the safety of your account . Thank you for your cooperation ;

No.3 Make sure your account are under the world of warcraft password protection. If your account do not have one ,then we will not take the responsibilities in situations such as being hacked ;

Payment Methods:

We accept payments by Paypal and checks. Paypal is our preferred method of payment. If you have no paypal account, you can also pay by main credit cards,such as Visa, Master, Discover and American Express .For large orders, we recommend you to use western union or Bank wire transfer.

Credit Card and Debit Cards:

Q:Why won't my credit card Work?

A: There can be a couple reasons for a credit card being denied.

- A common reason is because the bank processing the card does not allow online transactions for security reasons. You may have to contact your bank to enable your card to be used for online transactions.

- Sometimes, it can be because a piece of information does not match when the card is being verified. This can be resolved by contacting the credit card company to see why it was unable to verify.

-For Paypal users, if the credit card was used on another Paypal account, you will be unable to use the same card when creating a new Paypal account.

Q: Do you accept debit cards ?

A : If the Debit Card has a holographic logo on it, it is generally accepted. If the card is not Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, it may not be accepted.

E-check:

Q:How do I avoid sending an E-Check?

A :If you complete the Paypal verification process first and make sure that adequate funds are present in the paypal account to cover the transaction before placing the order, then an E-Check will not be sent.

Q: What is a pending E-Check? Will my order process before it clears?

A :When using Paypal, this is a payment option that is available. An E-Check is usually created when a payment is sent from an unverified Paypal account when there isn't enough funds in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal proceeds to contacting the bank to verify that the funds are available and this can cause a 3 or 4 day delay. The order will be processed only after the E-Check clears.

Q:I am not satisified with the current prices. Can I negotiate with you?

A :Currency prices constantly fluctuate based on the flow of the market, so we would recommend waiting until the prices change to a price you agree with more. Please consider that there is no guarantee that the prices of currency will improve. Powerleveling prices are pretty consistent and are as low as possible to remain competitive.

Q: Does Powelevelvip have any price protection policy of any kind?

A: There are five different discount levels you can enjoy now .You can check the VIP Policy for the details .Our VIP level is updated automatically ,when your total purchase amount matches a certain level, you can enjoy it without any doubt.

Leveling

Q: How do you level my character?

A: Every single character is leveled by 2 master players that conducts himself in an ethical manner in the game. It goes without macros, dupes, game bug exploits, and other such foolishness will never be used. Your character will be leveled the safest way : by going through the grind. We also do some of the quests for you during the power leveling if there is not much time.

Q: How fast you level up my character?

A: We start to level up your character with 2 hours after receiving your order. We need 13-30 days to complete 1-60 powerleveling .Generally speaking the rogue and the hunter will be leveled up fastest. The paladin will be leveled up slowest.

Q: All loots will stay on the character, right?

A: Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the power leveling. In addition, you will get good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell useless items(like gray and bad green items) to vendors, put good ones(like rare or epic or good green gears)in bank.

Safety of powerleveling

Q: I don't want to be found that I'm using your service.

A: If we happen to run into someone who is familiar with your character, we indicate that we are a friend or relative just trying out this game or we will just ignore any tells and flag you as AFK or DND when leveling. You may also let us know of something specific to say in such situations. Under no circumstances will us reveal the powerleveling information to others. If there were something urgent, we will give you a call or send you emails.

Q: Is there any guarantee that I won't have my account stolen?

Q: How do I check the progress on my account?

A: If your character is on US server please visit Blizzard official forums(http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/) , EU server please visit Blizzard official EU forums(http://forums.wow-europe.com/)login with your account name and password , You will see your character's current level there .
